Where can we buy prints?
You can browse the artist’s collection of prints directly on her portfolio. Once you’ve found the pieces you’re interested in, simply forward your selections to our email address, dtammerie@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to send you a quote based on your chosen artworks and availability.

Are your prints limited editions?
All of Tamary’s prints are labeled a Limited Edition meaning that they are produced in exclusive runs. Each limited edition print is signed on the bottom right corner. The prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity.This limited edition run offers the opportunity to own a print with the potential to appreciate in value as they become unavailable.

What are artist proofs?
Artist proofs are special prints created during the printmaking process. Due to their rarity and potential uniqueness, artist proofs can be more valuable than prints from the main edition. Some of them may be made available for purchase if the rest of the edition is sold out.

Do you have a physical print shop?

What high-quality materials and printing methods do you use to create your prints?
We use Museum Grade Tecco Archival quality: Baryta paper which is typically acid-free and lignin-free, promoting long-lasting prints resistant to fading and deterioration. It is composed of 25% Cotton / 75% Cellulose, Natural Tone. weight: 270 gsm. Satin finish (low gloss).

Where do you print?
We take pride in working with Lightfarm, a highly reputable printing production company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Their expertise in fine art printing ensures your chosen artwork is reproduced with exceptional quality and meticulous detail.

How do you ship artworks?
Your prints will arrive looking their best! We use sturdy, protective PVC tubes to ensure they’re shielded during transportation. To maximize the longevity and presentation of your print, we recommend having it professionally framed as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping ?
Absolutely! We’re happy to deliver your chosen artwork anywhere in the world

How long does the artwork take to arrive ?
The lead time for processing the print is 7 working days. Once printed, we partner with DHL courier service to get your artwork to you quickly and safely. You can expect your prints to arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the destination country.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and package size of your prints. We estimate costs to range between USD 60 and USD 300. For a more accurate quote feel free to contact us via our email dtammerie@gmail.com

What forms of payment do you accept?

Are framing services available for the prints I purchase?
We prefer shipping the prints rolled in a PVC tube. However, we are able to offer framing services for orders placed in South Africa or Zimbabwe. Contact us at dtammerie@gmail.com

Would it be possible to return the artwork if it doesn’t match what I was hoping for?
Thrilled with your art? That’s our goal! But if it doesn’t fit your space perfectly, simply return it within 14 days for a full refund (artwork price only). Remember to use the original packaging for safekeeping. Need to return? Send an email to dtammerie@gmail.com to initiate the hassle-free process. Please note that prints that are returned damaged will not be refunded.

What if my art arrives damaged?
Thankfully, damage is a rare occurrence. We meticulously package your artwork in robust PVC tubes for exceptional protection. In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 24 hours at dtammerie@gmail.com To expedite a smooth resolution, kindly hold onto the packaging materials (tube and all) and take some photos of the damage to the print. This information will be essential for processing your claim.

Are your photos available for licensing?
All of Tamary’s photographs are available for licensing. To discuss your specific needs and pricing, feel free to reach out through our contact page.
